THE ORDINARY Retinol 1% 30ml

The water-free solution Retinol 1% in Squalane contains 1% retinol, an ingredient that improves the appearance of fine and dynamic lines resulting from a loss of collagen and elastin, while also evening out skin texture and tone. Additionally, this advanced formula is enriched with squalane, a moisturizing agent naturally present in the skin that enhances surface-level hydration and helps combat dryness associated with retinol use. The Ordinary recommends starting with Retinol 0.2% in Squalane and gradually increasing to Retinol 0.5% in Squalane and Retinol 1% in Squalane. However, for those prone to sensitivity, newer retinoid technologies, such as those in the Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion, may be preferred.
